How long will my order take?

Made-to-measure pieces are cut, finished and shipped in 3–7 business days. Ready-to-ship LED and gym mirrors leave in 1–2 business days.

What if my glass arrives damaged?

Every order is insured. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we remake and reship it free.

Do I need tempered glass?

Tempered glass is 4–5× stronger and breaks into small blunt pieces. It’s required for doors and showers and recommended for table tops — our designer flags it for you.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom pieces are cut just for you, so they’re non-returnable unless damaged or not as ordered. Ready-to-ship products have 30-day returns.
