• Orders under $199 ship for a flat insured rate shown at checkout.
• Glass is crated or double-boxed with corner protection. Large pieces travel by freight with a delivery appointment.
• You receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our shop.

Breakage guarantee

Inspect your glass on arrival. If anything is chipped or broken, send a photo within 48 hours and we remake it free.

Returns

Ready-to-ship products: 30-day returns in original packaging. Made-to-measure pieces are cut specifically for you and are non-returnable unless damaged or made incorrectly.
