How long does my order take?
Made-to-measure glass is cut, finished and shipped in 3–7 business days depending on the product. Ready-to-ship LED and gym mirrors leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days.
What if my glass arrives broken?
Every shipment is insured. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we remake and reship it free — no need to return the broken piece.
Do you check my measurements?
Yes. A glass specialist reviews every made-to-measure order before cutting and contacts you if a size, shape or option looks unusual.
What is tempered glass and do I need it?
Tempered glass is heat-treated to be 4–5× stronger and breaks into small blunt pieces. It is required by code for doors, showers and many table tops. Tempered glass cannot be cut after tempering, so measure carefully.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because made-to-measure glass is cut to your exact size it cannot be resold, so it is non-returnable unless it is damaged or doesn’t match your order. Ready-to-ship products can be returned within 30 days.
Which thickness should I choose?
The designer shows a recommendation on every option. In short: 1/4″ for most mirrors, 3/8″ for dining tables, 1/2″ and up for stand-alone tops and long shelves.
Do you ship everywhere in the US?
We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Shipping is free over $199; otherwise a flat insured rate applies at checkout.
Can I save or share my design?
Yes — every design has a “Share” button that copies a link. Anyone who opens the link sees your exact configuration and price.
